Jan 23, 2012: Solution Focused Questions #2

Here is a continuation of the Solution Focused Questions I started last week (Jan. 16, 2012).

Start using Solution Focused Questions in your daily life. Are you willing to begin taking small steps, on a consistent or daily basis, to change?

Remember the key is always to be focusing on the positive end results of what you do want and not what you don't want.

Here is Solution Focused Question #2

Before getting out of bed in the morning, ask yourself this question:

What are three things I am looking forward to today?

Remeber to take small steps, ask small questions. If you can't come up with three things, just find one. If you don't think you can look forward to anything, just pretend. If you were to look forward to something/anything, what could it be?

Repeat this question for at least the next week and start to notice any changes you see, hear, think or feel in your life.
